How does your videoconferencing plugin work?

They are in fact 2 plugins. We provide you with an online appointment booking plugin and a second videoconferencing plugin. The aim is very simple: to provide a videoconferencing system directly on your site, without the need to install anything for users.

In this way, use is simple and transparent.

On the “owner” side, configuring the appointment scheduling system is the first step. Of course, we’ll help you adapt it to your needs (payment by credit card, e-mail notifications, online and/or face-to-face appointments, events, etc.). Then the videoconferencing plugin is added in just a few clicks.

On the visitor side, when a videoconference appointment is booked, a link is e-mailed to the visitor to connect to the site. All he has to do is activate his camera and microphone!

Where, to be more precise, is the video playing?

The system is based on Jitsi, an extremely robust open-source service. The service is hosted by us on a server in France. This way, your conversations are not only strictly private, but all flows remain in Europe. The system is 100% RGPD compliant.

Unlike Zoom et al., we guarantee you a completely controlled service.

Who is your plugin aimed at?

We originally developed this plugin for therapists. During the COVID period, many professions had to adapt to provide a remote service. For their part, users have changed their habits. The use of videoconferencing tools is now widespread.

Today, a wide range of professions can provide remote services. Therapists, of course, but also real estate agents, gestors and coaches can now use these new tools.

We can integrate videoconferencing into any WordPress site.

How do you create a WordPress plugin?

With time! 🙂 You need to spend many hours testing the plugin to ensure that it meets users’ needs. Then it needs to be coded according to WordPress standards.

We spent almost a year developing and testing it. The plugin is now fully operational and is already running on several sites.

Is it possible to try it out?

A free version is in progress, but not yet available. However, don’t hesitate to contact us, we can always provide a trial version for a few months.
