We are a neighborhood bakery in Gracia (Barcelona), with specialty coffee and select products. As a team, helping each other succeed is the priority. We want to be a space for human exchange where organic and sustainable food is the basis.
We return to the essentials, to healthy and nutritious food, made with organic ingredients grown with respect for the environment and made by passionate artisans.
The sourdough is made up of two ingredients: flour and water. To that base we add only three more ingredients: flour, filtered water and sea salt.
The mother dough carries wild yeasts and lactic acid bacteria. These bacteria “eat” the gluten networks and carry out a first digestion. For this reason, sourdough breads are so digestive.
